Discount Warehouse to Church Conversion - In Progress!

When a thriving, young congregation, New City Church of Lawrenceville, was ready for a permanent building they sought out Duke Builders for a plan that would offer them a beautiful sanctuary, classrooms, and office space, with room for future expansion.

With a sharp focus on the budget we helped this young congregation make the most of the existing structure, reclaim materials where possible, including brick from a historic building just blocks away. And we helped them negotiate the layers of approvals – city, county, development authority – to make sure both planning and execution would result in an attractive and highly functional addition to the mixed-use district.

Follow along as we bring this project to a close in Spring 2020.
